Why Use Quick Actions on Keap Mobile
Quick Actions let you add a contact, scan a business card, add a task, or send a message directly from your home screen — without opening the Keap Mobile app first. When you are in a meeting, at a networking event, or between appointments, Quick Actions save you the time of navigating through the app to reach the feature you need. One press gets you straight to the action.
Which Devices Support Quick Actions
Quick Actions are available on iOS devices that support Force Touch or 3D Touch. To use Quick Actions, press firmly and hold on the Keap Mobile app icon on your home screen until the Quick Actions menu appears. Quick Actions are not available on iOS devices that do not support Force Touch or 3D Touch. This feature is not available on Android devices.

How to Use Quick Actions on iOS
On your iOS home screen, press firmly and hold on the Keap Mobile app icon. The Quick Actions menu will appear above the icon with the following options:
- Add a Contact — Opens the new contact form directly in the mobile app
- Scan a Business Card — Opens the business card scanner to capture and save contact information
- Add a Task — Opens the new task form directly in the mobile app
- Send a Message — Opens the message composer directly in the mobile app
Tap the Quick Action option you want. The Keap Mobile app will open and navigate directly to that section of the app without requiring you to navigate through the main menu.
The Quick Actions menu appears above the Keap Mobile app icon on the iOS home screen. The menu displays four options stacked vertically: Add a Contact, Scan a Business Card, Add a Task, and Send a Message. Tapping any option opens the Keap Mobile app and navigates directly to that feature.
Limitations
- Quick Actions are only available on iOS devices that support Force Touch or 3D Touch. Older iOS devices that do not support these touch technologies will not display the Quick Actions menu.
- Quick Actions are not available on Android devices. Android users must open the Keap Mobile app and navigate to the desired feature manually.
