How to Compose and Send an Email from a Contact Record
On the contact record, tap the Email button to open the email composer for that contact.
The Email button is displayed in the action buttons row on the contact record. Tapping it opens the email composer with the contact's email address pre-filled in the To field.
Enter a Subject line and compose your message in the body field.
The email composer displays the Subject field at the top and the message body below it. Fill in both fields before sending.
Optional: To include a booking link in the email, tap the calendar icon inside the message body area to open the appointment type selector.
The calendar icon is located inside the message body area of the email composer. Tapping it opens a list of your appointment types so you can insert a booking link directly into the email.
If you tapped the calendar icon, select the Appointment Type you want to share. A booking link for that appointment type will be inserted into the message body.
The appointment type selection screen lists all your configured appointment types. Selecting one inserts a booking link for that appointment type at the cursor position in the email body.
How to View Sent Emails and Track Opens
After an email is sent to a contact, you can access it and check whether the contact has opened it from the contact record.
On the contact record, tap the Email Activity card to open the list of all emails sent to that contact.
The Email Activity card displays the count of sent emails for the contact. Tapping it opens the email activity list showing all emails sent to that contact.
In the email activity list, each email entry shows its subject line and send date. If the contact has opened the email, the entry displays a Viewed label with a checkmark next to it.
The Viewed label with a checkmark appears next to emails that the contact has opened. Emails without the Viewed label have not yet been opened.
Tap any email entry in the list to open the full email detail view and see the complete subject line, message body, and send date.
The email detail view displays the complete email as it was sent to the contact, including the subject line, body text, and any booking links that were included.
