Send an Appointment Booking Link via Email

From the contact record, tap the Email button.

Enter the subject line and message body.

View Appointment Activity on a Contact Record
Appointment activity is automatically recorded on a contact record when a contact books an appointment. Both current and past appointments appear in the activity feed.

Tap a specific appointment to view the details and add notes or tasks.

View Multiple Upcoming Appointments
When a contact has more than one upcoming appointment, a Show more upcoming button appears below the initial appointments listed on the contact record.

Appointment Notifications
When a contact books an appointment through a booking link, a push notification is sent to the device running the Keap Mobile app.
