What the Snooze Feature Does
The Snooze feature on Keap Business Line pauses call and message notifications for a set period of time so you can stay focused during a meeting or task without missing inbound contact from clients. You can snooze notifications manually for a set duration or configure a Nightly Snooze schedule that automatically pauses notifications during your off hours every day.
For best results, pair Snooze with the Keap Business Line missed call auto-response feature to automatically send a message to clients who try to reach you while Snooze is active.

How to Snooze Calls and Texts Manually

Open the Keap Mobile app and tap the gear icon to open Settings.

Tap Messaging and Phone to open the messaging and phone settings.

Tap the Snooze toggle to enable Snooze.
The Messaging and Phone settings page displays the Snooze toggle. Tapping the toggle enables Snooze and opens a duration selector.

Select how long you want calls and texts to be paused. Snooze will automatically disable after the selected duration ends.
The duration selector displays the available snooze lengths. Select the option that matches the length of time you need notifications paused. Keap Business Line calls and texts will be silenced for the selected duration.
How to Set Up Nightly Snooze on a Schedule
Nightly Snooze automatically pauses Keap Business Line calls and texts every day between a start time and an end time you define — so you do not have to manually enable Snooze at the end of each workday.

Open the Keap Mobile app and tap the gear icon to open Settings.

Tap Messaging and Phone to open the messaging and phone settings.

Tap the Nightly Snooze toggle to enable the scheduled snooze.
The Nightly Snooze toggle is located below the manual Snooze toggle on the Messaging and Phone settings page. Tapping the Nightly Snooze toggle enables the schedule and opens the time selector.

Set a start time and an end time for the Nightly Snooze schedule. Keap Business Line calls and texts will be automatically paused every day between the start time and end time you select.
The Nightly Snooze time selector displays separate fields for the start time and end time. Set the start time to when you want notifications to pause each evening and the end time to when you want them to resume each morning.
