What You Can Manage in Keap Mobile Settings
The Settings section of the Keap Mobile app gives you one place to configure your Keap Business Line — including your profile, messaging preferences, calling options, and notification schedule. Instead of logging into the desktop app to update your voicemail, change your caller ID, or set your availability hours, you can manage all of these directly from your mobile device.
How to Open Settings in Keap Mobile
To open the Settings section, tap the gear icon at the bottom right corner of the Keap Mobile app.
The bottom navigation bar of the Keap Mobile app displays four icons. The gear icon at the far right of the navigation bar is the Settings icon. Tapping the gear icon opens the Settings section.
Settings Available in Keap Mobile
My Profile
The My Profile section contains two subsections: Personal details and Business details.
Personal details contains your individual account information such as your name and contact information.
Business details contains your business address and contact information. Keeping your business details complete and accurate is required in order to send automated marketing emails from the app. The CAN-SPAM Act requires that all commercial emails sent from the United States include the sender's valid physical mailing address. The app automatically adds your business address to the bottom of all broadcast and automated follow-up marketing emails to maintain compliance. If your business details are empty, the app will not allow you to send automated marketing or broadcast emails.
Messaging
The Messaging section contains settings for Auto-replies and Siri. Auto-replies allow you to set up automatic text message responses that are sent to contacts when you are unavailable. The Siri setting, available on iPhone only, allows you to configure Siri shortcuts for messaging actions in the Keap Mobile app.
The Messaging section of the Settings screen displays two options: Auto-replies and Siri. The Siri option is listed with an iPhone-only indicator. Tapping either option opens the configuration screen for that setting.
Calling
The Calling section contains settings for Caller ID, Voicemail, and Phone number options. Caller ID controls what contacts see when you call them from your Keap Business Line. Voicemail allows you to record or update your voicemail greeting. Phone number options contains configuration settings for your Keap Business Line phone number.
The Calling section of the Settings screen displays three options: Caller ID, Voicemail, and Phone number options. Each option has a chevron on the right side indicating it opens a dedicated configuration screen when tapped.
Notifications
The Notifications section contains settings for Ringtones and Availability schedule. Ringtones allows you to set a custom ringtone for incoming calls and messages on your Keap Business Line. Availability schedule allows you to set the hours during which you receive notifications from the app, so you can separate your business availability from your personal time.
