The Sent Email Tracker report shows the delivery and engagement result for each contact who received a broadcast email. Use this report to see which contacts opened, clicked, bounced, or opted out of a specific broadcast. To learn more about broadcast emails, see How Broadcast Emails Work in Your Automation Builder.
How to Run the Sent Email Tracker Report
Before running a search, set up your columns first. Selecting your columns before searching ensures your report displays the fields you need without having to re-run the search.

Click Reports at the bottom of the left-hand navigation menu.

Click Sent Email Tracker from the Reports menu.

Click New Search to open the search criteria panel.

Search Criteria: Search Tab
The Search tab lets you filter results by basic contact and send information. The following fields are available on the Search tab.
- First Name — Filter results by the contact's first name.
- Last Name — Filter results by the contact's last name.
- Email — Filter results by the contact's email address.
- Sent Interval — Filter results by the date range in which the broadcast was sent.

Search Criteria: Misc Criteria Tab
The Misc Criteria tab lets you filter results by engagement and delivery data. The following fields are available on the Misc Criteria tab.
- Batch ID — Filter results by the specific broadcast batch identifier.
- Clicked — Filter by whether the contact clicked a link in the email.
- Clicked Interval — Filter by the date range in which a link was clicked.
- Link Clicked — Filter by the specific link the contact clicked.
- Opted — Filter by whether the contact opted out of email communications.
- Opted Interval — Filter by the date range in which the contact opted out.
- Opt Type — Filter by the type of opt-out the contact submitted.
- Bounced — Filter by whether the email could not be delivered to the contact's email address.
- Bounced Interval — Filter by the date range in which the bounce occurred.
- Bounce Type — Filter by the type of bounce: temporary (soft bounce) or permanent (hard bounce). A soft bounce indicates a temporary delivery issue with the recipient's email provider. A hard bounce indicates a permanent delivery failure, such as an invalid email address.

Search Criteria: Columns Tab
The Columns tab controls which fields appear in your report results. Add the fields you want to display in the report, then click and drag each field into the order you want the columns to appear.
