What the Appointments Widget Does for Your Business

The Appointments widget on your dashboard gives you a live view of your upcoming appointments for the next 7 days alongside the contacts associated with each appointment. Instead of navigating to your full calendar every time you need to check your schedule or share your booking link with a contact, the Appointments widget puts those actions one click away from your home screen. You can send your scheduling link directly to a contact, copy your booking link to share anywhere, or jump to your full calendar — all from the same widget.

Where to Find the Appointments Widget

The Appointments widget is located on your dashboard. The dashboard is the default home page that appears when you sign in to the app. It displays a collection of configurable reporting widgets, and the Appointments widget is one of those widgets. If the Appointments widget is not visible on your dashboard, it may need to be added through your dashboard configuration settings.

The Appointments widget displays a vertically stacked list of upcoming appointments. Each entry in the list shows the appointment date, time, appointment type, and the name of the contact associated with that appointment. The widget covers appointments scheduled within the next 7 days from the current date.

How to Use the Appointments Widget

Send Your Scheduling Link to a Contact

Click the Send invite button in the Appointments widget to send an email to a contact that contains your scheduling link. The contact can use the scheduling link to book an appointment with you directly from the email.

The Send invite button is located inside the Appointments widget on the dashboard. Clicking the button opens an email compose window with the scheduling link pre-populated so you can send it directly to a contact without copying the link manually.

Copy Your Booking Link to Share Anywhere

Click the Copy link button in the Appointments widget to copy your booking link for any appointment type to your clipboard. You can then paste the link into a text message, email, social media post, or any other channel where you want to share it.

The Copy link button appears in the Appointments widget next to each appointment type. Clicking the button copies the booking link for that specific appointment type to your clipboard. The link can then be pasted into any message or post.

View Your Full Appointments Calendar

Click View all in the Appointments widget to leave the dashboard and open the full Appointments page. The Appointments page displays your complete calendar including all scheduled appointments beyond the 7-day window shown in the widget.

The View all button is located at the bottom of the Appointments widget. Clicking View all navigates from the dashboard to the full Appointments calendar page where all scheduled appointments are visible.
