Why Import Your QuickBooks Online Contacts
If you already manage customer and vendor information in QuickBooks Online, importing those contacts into your CRM means you do not have to enter the same contact details twice. Once the connection is established, every contact in your QuickBooks Online account is added to your CRM automatically — and any new contact added to QuickBooks Online going forward will be added to your CRM as well, without any manual import step. Each imported contact is automatically tagged with the QBO > Contact tag so you can identify and segment QuickBooks Online contacts in your CRM at any time.
A tag is a searchable label applied to a contact record that helps you organize and manage your contact lists. Tags can also be used to start automations automatically when a specific tag is applied to a contact. The QBO > Contact tag is applied automatically to every contact imported from QuickBooks Online and cannot be removed by the import process.
