Why the Campaign Goal Completion Report Helps You Measure Automation Performance
Knowing which contacts have completed a goal in an automation campaign gives you a clear picture of how effectively the campaign is moving people through the intended process. The Campaign Goal Completion report in Keap shows all existing contacts who have achieved one or more selected automation goals. Use this report to identify how many contacts have completed a specific goal, compare goal completion across multiple campaigns, and spot gaps where contacts are not progressing as expected. The report includes only existing contacts — deleted contacts are excluded, which may result in a lower total count in this report compared to the count displayed on the automation goal itself.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does this article cover?
This article covers how to run the Campaign Goal Completion report in Keap, including how to filter the report by campaign or goal and how to interpret the results. This article does not cover how to create automation campaigns or configure goals. For help building campaigns, see how to create a campaign in the Keap automation builder.
What does the Campaign Goal Completion report show?
The Campaign Goal Completion report shows all existing contacts in the Keap account who have completed one or more selected automation goals. The report includes the contact name and the goal or goals they have achieved. The report does not include deleted contacts — contacts that have been deleted from the account are excluded from the results even if they completed the goal before being deleted.
Why does the report total not match the count shown on the automation goal?
The Campaign Goal Completion report only includes existing contacts. If contacts who completed the goal have since been deleted from the Keap account, they are excluded from the report results but may still be counted in the total shown on the automation goal itself. This exclusion of deleted contacts is the most common cause of a variance between the report total and the automation goal count.
Can I filter the report by a specific campaign or goal?
Yes. Select the New Search button to open the search filter panel. The filter panel allows the report to be narrowed by a specific campaign name, a specific goal name, or a combination of criteria. After selecting the desired criteria, select the Search button to run the filtered report.
