The Campaign Progression Tracker report lists contacts who are currently waiting on a timer within a sequence in your automation builder. Use this report to see exactly which contacts are queued at a specific step in a sequence, and how long they have been waiting. This report includes all active contacts waiting on a timer. Deleted contacts do not appear in this report, which may cause a small difference between the total number of contacts shown here and the number displayed on the automation's timer.
How to Run the Campaign Progression Tracker Report
- Click Reports in the left-hand navigation menu. Then click Campaign Progression Tracker from the reports list.
- Click the New Search button to open the search criteria panel and narrow the results to a specific automation or sequence.
- Select the search criteria you want to use to filter the report results. You can filter by automation name, sequence name, or other available criteria to narrow the results to the specific contacts and steps you want to review.
- Click the Search button at the bottom left of the search criteria panel to run the report and display the filtered results.
