ACH / Direct Debit
ACH/Direct Debit allows customers to pay through a direct bank transfer. Transactions are priced at 0.8% per transaction with a maximum fee of $5. Unlike credit card transactions, bank transfers may take up to 4 business days to complete.
ACH/Direct Debit is processed through Stripe's payment fields and appears automatically on all customer-facing payment options including invoices and checkout forms.
Note: ACH/Direct Debit is enabled by default for all Stripe-connected accounts in Keap.
To disable ACH/Direct Debit, log in to the Stripe account directly, navigate to Settings in the top-right corner, then select Payments and Payment Methods. From there, ACH/Direct Debit can be turned off at the account level.
