This article covers how to access and manage the Keap™ Marketing Number (KMN) settings, including reviewing billing and usage information, customizing the opt-in request message, and customizing the auto-reply message. The Keap Marketing Number settings can be accessed from any location in Keap where marketing text messages are composed, including Broadcasts, Easy Automations, and Advanced Automations.

Number and Billing Information
The Number and Billing section of the Keap Marketing Number settings displays the assigned Keap Marketing Number, the current message sending rate, and a running total of text marketing usage and cost for the current billing period.
Manage the Opt-In Request Message
The opt-in request message is sent automatically before the first text message broadcast or automated text message is delivered to a contact who has not yet opted in. A default opt-in message is provided, but customizing the message to include the business name and relevant context improves opt-in rates. The business name must be included in the opt-in message to comply with legal requirements.
Manage the Auto-Reply Message
The auto-reply message is sent automatically when a contact replies to the Keap Marketing Number. The auto-reply is a good place to include alternative contact information — such as an email address or phone number — so contacts have a way to reach the business directly.
The Keap Marketing Number settings can be accessed from three locations depending on the message type being set up:

When sending a text message broadcast, navigate to Comms, then select Text Message Broadcast, then select the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
