What the Web Form Activity Summary Report Tells You
The Web Form Activity Summary Report shows you how many submissions each of your online web forms received within a specific date range. If you want to know which forms are generating the most leads, whether a specific form is still receiving submissions, or how a form performed during a campaign period, this report gives you that data broken down by individual form. The report defaults to the last 30 days but can be customized to any date range you choose.
How to Run the Web Form Activity Summary Report
To filter the report results, click the New Search button. The New Search button opens a filter panel with two options: web form name and form submission date range. Select the web form name you want to review from the web form name filter, or leave it blank to see results for all forms. Set the form submission date range to the period you want to analyze. Click Search to run the report with your selected filters.
The Web Form Activity Summary Report page displays the New Search filter panel at the top of the page. The filter panel contains a web form name drop-down and a date range selector with a start date field and an end date field. The report results table below the filter panel lists each web form by name alongside the total number of submissions received during the selected date range.
