The Web Form Activity Summary Report shows detailed activity information about your online web forms. It tells you how many submissions came through a specific web form within a date range. Click the New Search button and you can filter by web form name and a form submission date range. Note that the date range for this report defaults to the last 30 days. You are able to customize the date range.
