What Is an Implementation Package
An Implementation Package is a guided onboarding service where a dedicated team of Keap experts helps you get your account set up, your data migrated, and your first automations running as quickly as possible. Instead of figuring out the software on your own, you work one-on-one with specialists who map your business process, import your contacts and marketing assets, build your first automations, and provide ongoing strategy support throughout your first year.
Three package tiers are available — Ignite, Grow, and Scale — each designed for different levels of complexity and support. All three packages include a business mapping session, basic data import, proven automations, and a full year of strategy calls. The packages differ in the number of automations built for you, the hours of recreation services included, and the number of third-party tools integrated.

What Each Package Feature Includes
Business mapping session — A working session with your Implementation Strategy Manager to map how your business collects leads, converts clients, creates repeat customers, and optimizes operations. Your Implementation Strategy Manager will orient your business around the Perfect Customer Lifecycle framework to identify what is working well and where automation opportunities exist.
Proven automations — A library of time-tested automation workflows designed to streamline your business processes and marketing. Your Implementation Strategy Manager helps you select the proven automations that are the best fit for your business goals.
Basic data import — You export your data files and your Implementation Team imports them into your CRM. The basic data import includes up to five CSV files of contacts, contact notes, and tags at no additional charge.
1:1 Recreation services — Your Implementation Team recreates your existing marketing assets — including landing pages, web forms, automations, and email templates — matching your original content as closely as possible.
Strategy calls — Ongoing calls with your Customer Success Manager to review your business goals, receive personalized guidance, and ensure you are maximizing the value of your subscription. The call frequency shifts from weekly to monthly to quarterly across your first year.
Third-party tools integrated — Your Implementation Team connects compatible third-party tools to your CRM using Zapier, PlusThis, and/or Parsey. For example, your team can connect Calendly so that contacts who book through Calendly are automatically added to your CRM. Note that Zapier, PlusThis, and Parsey may require separate subscriptions.
How to Purchase an Implementation Package
Contact your Sales Associate to purchase the Implementation Package that best fits your needs. Your Sales Associate can walk you through each package tier and recommend the right option based on the size of your contact list, the complexity of your current marketing setup, and your automation goals.
Who You Will Work With
Your Implementation Package is delivered by a coordinated team of specialists. Each team member has a specific role in your onboarding.
- Customer Success Manager (CSM) — Your primary point of contact for your first year. Your CSM connects you to the right help at the right time, advises on strategy, and ensures you are getting the most value from your subscription.
- Implementation Strategy Manager (ISM) — Works with you during the first one to two months to create your implementation strategy, train you on the software, and help you configure and launch your first automations.
- Import and Recreation Specialists — Work behind the scenes to import your contact data and recreate your marketing assets from your previous system into your CRM.
What Your First Year Looks Like
The diagram above shows the first-year timeline for an Implementation Package. The timeline is divided into three phases based on call frequency: weekly calls with your Implementation Strategy Manager in the first one to two months, monthly strategy calls with your Customer Success Manager from months two or three through six, and quarterly strategy calls from months seven through twelve.
Your first year is structured in three phases. In the first phase, your Implementation Strategy Manager works with you intensively to get the application configured and your automations launched. In the second phase, your Customer Success Manager takes over with monthly check-ins to keep momentum going. In the third phase, quarterly strategy sessions help you optimize and expand your use of the software.
Phase 1 — Getting started (Month 1 to Month 2, depending on package): Your Customer Success Manager will reach out after your purchase to get you logged in and connect you with your Implementation Strategy Manager. Your Import and Recreation Specialists will begin migrating your data in parallel. On your first call with your Implementation Strategy Manager, you will map your Perfect Customer Lifecycle.
The Perfect Customer Lifecycle framework maps four stages of your business: collecting leads, converting clients, creating repeat customers, and optimizing operations. Your Implementation Strategy Manager uses this framework on your first call to identify which automation opportunities will have the greatest impact on your business goals.
After mapping your lifecycle, your Implementation Strategy Manager will help you prioritize your automation opportunities, select the proven automations that fit best, and launch between two and five automations together.
Phase 2 — Building momentum (Months 2 or 3 through 6): After completing your intensive onboarding with your Implementation Strategy Manager, your Customer Success Manager takes over with monthly strategy sessions. These calls are focused on reviewing your progress, identifying new opportunities, and keeping your automation strategy moving forward.
Phase 3 — Ongoing optimization (Months 7 through 12): Quarterly strategy calls with your Customer Success Manager continue through the end of your first year to help you review results and plan next steps.
After your first year, ongoing support continues through your Keap subscription. Your subscription includes access to live customer support, Keap Academy for self-paced training and courses, and the option to purchase additional done-for-you services through Professional Services packages or work with a Keap Certified Partner.
