Important: The Easy Migration Button currently only works for accounts that have Authorize.net connected and set as the Default Payment Processor. If Authorize.net is not your default processor, this tool does not apply to your account.
Warning: The migration cannot be reversed once it has finished. Verify that you are ready to move all e-commerce items to Keap Pay before following the steps in this article.
What the Easy Payment Migration Button Does
The Easy Payment Migration Button automatically moves your Authorize.net e-commerce items over to Keap Pay in a single step. This tool was created as part of the transition to tokenized payment methods. A merchant account is a type of bank account that allows you to accept payments by debit and credit card — Keap Pay functions as your merchant account after the migration.
After clicking the migration button and confirming, the following items will be updated to use Keap Pay or Keap Pay payment methods:
- All payment plans, including currently active payment plans
- All active subscriptions
- The payment processor used when a client pays through an order form, including legacy order forms
- The payment processor used when a client pays through the shopping cart
How to Run the Migration on Keap Ultimate

In the left-hand navigation, click Sales. Under the Related Shortcuts section, click Settings to open the Sales settings page.
The Sales section displays the Related Shortcuts panel. The Settings option is listed in the Related Shortcuts panel. Clicking Settings opens the Sales settings page.

A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm that you want to transfer your Authorize.net items to Keap Pay. Review the confirmation message, then click Confirm to begin the migration. The migration cannot be reversed after clicking Confirm.
The confirmation dialog displays the migration details and two buttons: Confirm and Cancel. Clicking Confirm starts the migration. Clicking Cancel closes the dialog without making any changes.
How to Run the Migration on Keap Pro and Max

Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the app and select Settings from the menu.

How will I know when the migration has finished?
After the migration completes, you will receive an email from the Keap Payments team at payments@keap.com confirming the migration is complete. Automated notification emails are being developed and will be added in a future update.
