With the introduction of tokenized payments, we recreated the Payment Migration tool to work with tokenized payment methods. This tool can be used to automatically move over E-Commerce items from using your Authorize.net account to instead use Keap Pay. 

Similar to the Payment Migration Tool, the following items will be set to use Keap Pay or use the Keap Pay payment methods

• All payment plans, including active payment plans

• All active subscriptions

• The payment processor used when a client pays an order form (legacy included)

• The payment processor used when a client pays through the shopping cart

Keap Ultimate Instructions

1. Navigate to Sales and under related shortcuts, click Settings

2. Click into the Merchant Account Settings

3. At the top, click the Transfer button in the yellow highlighted area at the top of the page

4. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm that you wish to transfer Authorize.net items to Keap Pay. Click Confirm once ready to transfer

Keap Pro & Max Instructions

1. Click on your profile in the bottom left then click Settings

2. Click on Sales Settings

3. Click on the Payment Processing tab at the top

4. At the top, click the Transfer button in the yellow highlighted area at the top of the page

5. A popup will appear asking you to confirm that you wish to transfer Authorize.net items to Keap Pay. Click Confirm once ready to transfer

Q - How will I know once the migration has finished?

A - For now, you can expect to receive an email from a member of the payments team using payments@keap.com. We are currently working on adding automated emails to serve as a notification.
