Why the Notification Center Keeps You Informed on Actions You Trigger
When you trigger an action in Keap — such as importing a list of contacts — the Notification Center gives you real-time status updates so you know exactly what happened without needing to manually check. Contact import notifications tell you when the import is complete, how many contacts were added, how many contacts were updated, and whether any contacts were skipped along with the reason they were skipped. Notifications are personal — each Keap user only sees notifications for actions they triggered, not actions triggered by other users on the same account.
How to Access the Notification Center in Keap
To open the Notification Center, select your user avatar in the top navigation of your Keap account, then select Notifications from the menu that appears.
The screenshot above shows the user avatar menu in the Keap top navigation with the Notifications option visible. Selecting Notifications opens the Notification Center panel where all notifications for the current user are displayed.
What Contact Import Notifications Display in the Notification Center
The first notification type displayed in the Notification Center is the contact import status notification. When a contact import is triggered, the Notification Center displays the following information about the import:
Whether the import has completed
The number of contacts added by the import
The number of contacts updated by the import
The number of contacts skipped and the reason each contact was skipped

How often does the Notification Center refresh?
The Notification Center checks for new notifications every 60 seconds. Notifications will appear within 60 seconds of the action completing in Keap.
Do all users on the same Keap account see the same notifications?
No. Each user only sees notifications for actions they personally triggered. For example, if one user imports a contact list, only that user will see the import status notification in their Notification Center. Other users on the same Keap account will not see notifications for actions triggered by other users — they will only see notifications for their own actions.
What other actions trigger notifications in the Notification Center?
