This article covers how to create a group widget on the Keap™ dashboard and how to share a group widget with other users, including how to select the groups to display in the widget and how Admin users can share widgets across accounts. The group widget feature is available for Keap Pro and Max accounts only. This article does not cover how to create or manage contact groups. Why Adding a Group Widget to Your Dashboard Saves Time
Tracking the size of contact groups — such as active leads, past customers, or newsletter subscribers — normally requires navigating to the Contacts section and filtering manually. A group widget on the Keap dashboard shows the current contact count for each selected group directly on the home page, so the information is visible every time Keap is opened without any additional navigation. Selecting a group in the widget opens the full contact list for that group immediately.
