This article covers how to create and manage products and services in Keap™, including setting up a product, collecting sales tax, and configuring product automation.
Set Up a Product

Select the user avatar and choose Settings.

Select Products and services.

Select Add a product or service to create a new item, or select Edit on an existing item to update it.

Enter a product name, description, and price.

Select Add or Save.
Collect Sales Tax
Sales tax can be added to individual products. Multiple tax rates can be configured. To collect tax, first create the tax rate, then apply it to the relevant products.

Select the Taxes tab.

Select the Add button and choose Sales tax.

Enter a name for the tax and the tax percentage.

Select Create and add sales tax.

Select the Products tab.

Select Edit on the product to apply tax to.

Select the checkbox to apply the sales tax to the product.

Select Save.

The tax is now displayed and collected on the checkout page for this product.

Product Automation
Automation can be viewed, edited, or created directly from the product settings page.

Select the automation count number displayed next to a product to view the automations associated with that product.

Select an existing automation to make changes to it.

To create a new automation, select the + button.

Select When to configure the automation trigger.

Choose Purchase is made.

Select the product to associate with the trigger.
