This article covers what is included and what is not included when an advanced automation is installed from one Keap™ account to another using Solution Launchpad, including supported and non-supported asset dependencies and behavior notes for task outcomes. Solution Launchpad is available to Keap Certified Partners and Keap Certified Consultants only. For an overview of Solution Launchpad, see what is Solution Launchpad in Keap. Behavior Notes — Task Outcomes
When an automation contains a Create Task process with a task outcome selected, and that automation is installed into another account using Solution Launchpad, the task outcome is automatically created in the destination account. The following examples illustrate how task outcomes can be used in automations installed via Solution Launchpad.
Example 1 — Sales Call Results
When a sales representative completes a call, the next step depends on the outcome of the conversation. Task outcomes allow the automation to branch based on what happened:
Left Voicemail — Triggers an automated follow-up email and schedules a callback task for 2 days later.
Interested / Send Quote — Triggers an automation that sends a pre-formatted quote and a nurture sequence about services.
Not Interested — Applies a Lost Lead tag, stops all sales emails, and adds the contact to a long-term newsletter sequence.
Example 2 — Failed Payment Recovery
When automated emails fail to recover a failed payment and a staff member calls the client directly, task outcomes allow the automation to respond to the result of that call:
Payment Processed Over Phone — Stops the billing failure automation and sends a payment receipt.
Subscription Cancelled — Triggers the offboarding automation and removes product access.
Requested Extension — Pauses the billing automation for 7 days.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does this article cover?
This article covers what is included and what is not included when an advanced automation is installed using Solution Launchpad, including supported and non-supported dependencies and task outcome behavior. For an overview of Solution Launchpad, see what is Solution Launchpad in Keap.
What happens to non-supported dependencies after installation?
Non-supported dependencies — such as Products, Opportunity settings, Subscriptions, and Action Sets — are not transferred to the destination account during installation. These items must be created or configured manually in the destination account after the automation is installed. The automation itself will install successfully but may require additional setup before it is fully functional.
Are task outcomes automatically created in the destination account?
Yes. When an automation that includes a Create Task process with a task outcome is installed via Solution Launchpad, the task outcome is automatically created in the destination account. No manual setup is required for task outcomes.
