The following data is included when installing an appointment type using Solution Launchpad:
Appointment name

What Is Not Included When Installing an Appointment Type
The following data is not included when installing an appointment type and must be configured manually in the destination account after installation:
Business name from the source account
Location — such as a Zoom link, physical address, or phone number
Availability days and times

Calendar assignment — After installation, the appointment type is not assigned to any user's calendar in the destination account. To use the appointment type, a user in the destination account must configure their calendar and set up the newly installed appointment type. The appointment type can be found and set up by navigating to My Day in the Keap account and selecting Setup next to the appointment type.
Booking URL — During installation, the appointment booking URL is set to a random unique identifier. This ensures the link is unique in the destination account and remains connected to any emails, landing pages, or forms that reference the link. Updating the booking URL after installation will break any existing links pointing to the appointment type.

Does the appointment type connect to a calendar automatically after installation?
No. After installation, the appointment type is not assigned to any user's calendar in the destination account. A user in the destination account must navigate to My Day, locate the installed appointment type, and select Setup to connect it to their calendar and configure availability.
Can the booking URL be changed after installation?
The booking URL can be updated after installation, but doing so will break any existing links — such as in emails, landing pages, or forms — that point to the original URL. Update the booking URL only if all existing references to the appointment link will also be updated.
