What Is Included When Installing a Tag
The following data is included when installing a tag using Solution Launchpad:
Tag name
Tag ID
Tag category, including tag category description
Tag description
Behavior Notes

Duplicate prevention for previously installed tags — If a tag was previously installed to a destination account using Solution Launchpad, it will not be reinstalled as long as the same tag still exists in the destination account.
Note: This duplicate prevention applies only to tags that were installed via Solution Launchpad. If a tag being installed happens to have the same name as a tag that was created manually in the destination account, a duplicate tag will be created.
Subsequent installations do not update existing tags — If the same tag is installed again after it already exists in the destination account, the existing tag in the destination account will not be updated, even if the tag has changed in the source account.

Will a tag be duplicated if a tag with the same name already exists in the destination account?
It depends on how the existing tag was created. If the existing tag was previously installed via Solution Launchpad, it will not be reinstalled — no duplicate is created. If the existing tag was created manually in the destination account, a duplicate tag will be created when the Solution Launchpad installation runs.
Will reinstalling a tag update it in the destination account if it has changed?
No. Subsequent installations of the same tag do not update the tag in the destination account. If the tag has been modified in the source account, those changes will not be applied to the destination account by reinstalling via Solution Launchpad.
