Understanding how sales are trending over time — and whether revenue is growing or declining compared to a previous period — is essential for making informed business decisions. The All Sales report in Keap displays sales data in both graphical and itemized formats, showing Total Sales, Average Order Value, and Total Number of Sales for the selected time period alongside the percentage change from the previous period. The itemized order list below the graph provides a detailed breakdown of individual transactions that can be exported to a CSV file for further analysis.
How to Access the All Sales Report in Keap
Select Reports in the left-hand side navigation of the Keap account to open the Reports section, then select All Sales.

What the All Sales Report Displays
The All Sales report displays the following sales totals for the selected time period, each shown alongside the percentage change from the previous comparable period:
Total Sales — The total revenue for the selected period.
Average Order Value — The average revenue per order for the selected period.
Total Number of Sales — The total count of orders for the selected period.

Each tile shows the value for the selected period alongside the percentage change compared to the previous period — a positive percentage indicates growth and a negative percentage indicates a decline.
How to Filter the All Sales Report by Time Period
The All Sales report can be filtered to display data for the following time periods:
Today — Sales data for the current day.
Last 7 days — Sales data for the previous 7 days.
Last 30 days — Sales data for the previous 30 days.
Select the desired time period from the filter options at the top of the report. The summary totals and graph update automatically to reflect the selected period and the percentage change compared to the previous equivalent period.

How to View and Download the Itemized Order List
Below the graph, the All Sales report displays an itemized list of individual orders for the selected time period. The order list shows the details of each transaction including the order date, contact name, and order amount.

To export the order list, select the Download Report button to download the itemized orders as a CSV file.
