What This Article Covers
Solution Launchpad is available through the Keap certified partner program. When you share a solution using Solution Launchpad, the content of that solution may contain URLs pointing to other items in the same app — such as a landing page linked from an email template. This article covers which item types are automatically detected and installed when referenced by URL, and the rules that determine whether URL-referenced items install successfully.

Item Types That Are Installed When Referenced via URL
When Solution Launchpad detects a URL in the content of an item being shared, it checks whether the URL points to a supported item type in the same app. If the URL points to a supported item, that item is automatically included in the installation alongside the primary item being shared. The following item types are supported:
- Appointment types — see what is included when an appointment type is installed
- Public forms — see what is included when a public form is installed
- Landing pages — see what is included when a landing page is installed
- Checkout forms — see what is included when a checkout form is installed
- Hosted files — including file downloads and uploaded images used anywhere in the content being shared
How URL-Referenced Items Behave During Installation
When Solution Launchpad installs a URL-referenced item into the destination app, the URL in the installed content is automatically updated to point to the newly installed version of that item in the destination app. You do not need to manually update links after installation.
Example: You are sharing an email template that contains a link to a landing page. Solution Launchpad installs both the email template and the landing page into the destination app. The link in the installed email template is automatically updated to point to the URL of the newly installed landing page in the destination app — not the original URL from the source app.
Rules and Limitations for URL-Referenced Items
The following rules apply to URL-referenced items during a Solution Launchpad installation. Violations of these rules will cause the installation to fail.
- Only Keap-hosted URLs are supported. URLs that point to third-party resources — such as external websites, third-party tools, or non-Keap platforms — are not treated as dependencies. Solution Launchpad will treat those URLs as plain text in the content and will not attempt to install the items they point to.
- The referenced item must exist in the same app as the item being shared. If a URL in the content points to an item in a different app, or to an item that has been deleted from the source app, the installation will fail. Verify that all linked items exist and are accessible in the source app before sharing through Solution Launchpad.
- Do not use placeholder or fabricated Keap-style URLs. If a URL in the content looks like a valid Keap URL but does not point to a real item — for example, http://keap.page/not-a-real-app/not-a-real-page.html — Solution Launchpad will attempt to resolve it and the installation will fail when the item cannot be found.
