What the Keap Pay Deposit Dashboard Shows You
Keap Pay is Keap's built-in payment solution. All payments collected through Keap Pay are batched and deposited directly into your bank account on a regular schedule. The Deposit Dashboard gives you real-time visibility into every deposit — what payments made it up, what fees were deducted, and the deposit ID you can reference if you need support.
Each row on the Deposit Dashboard displays the following information for a single deposit:
- Date the deposit was created
- Deposit status
- Deposit amount
- Deposit method — the bank account the deposit was sent to
- Deposit ID — reference this number when contacting support about a specific deposit
The Deposit Dashboard displays all deposits in a table with one deposit per row. Each column shows the date, status, amount, deposit method, and deposit ID for that deposit.
How to Access the Deposit Dashboard
- In the left-hand navigation, click Sales to open the Sales section.
- Under the Related Shortcuts section, click Deposit Dashboard to open the dashboard.
How to See Which Payments Make Up a Deposit
On the Deposit Dashboard, click any individual deposit row to open a detail panel. The panel shows a list of every payment included in that deposit, with the following information for each payment:
- Date the payment was created
- Transaction type
- Payment ID
- Payment amount
- Fees deducted from the payment
- Net amount after fees
The deposit detail panel displays each payment that contributed to the total deposit amount. Note: The total deposited amount also reflects any additional fees charged during the period — including deposit fees, chargeback fees, and account updater fees — not only the fees on individual payments.

How to Export Deposit Reports
You can export deposit data as a CSV file in two ways — as a single deposit or as a batch export covering a date range.
Export a Single Deposit
On the Deposit Dashboard, click on the deposit you want to export to open the deposit detail panel. In the top-right corner of the panel, click the CSV button to download the payment details for that deposit as a CSV file.
The CSV button is located in the top-right corner of the deposit detail panel. Clicking the button immediately downloads a CSV file containing the payment breakdown for the selected deposit.
Export Multiple Deposits by Date Range
On the Deposit Dashboard, click the export icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the bulk export panel. In the panel, select a preset date range — previous month or current month — or select a custom date range. Click Export to download the CSV file.
Note: Any filters currently applied to the Deposit Dashboard will be reflected in the exported data. When using a custom date range, the maximum export window is 31 days. For example, exporting from July 1 to August 1 will work, but July 1 to August 2 will not.
Deposit Timing
Card transaction deposits are made on the next business day after the transaction. ACH transaction deposits (coming soon) are made four business days after the transaction. Both deposit schedules are affected by bank holidays and weekends.

If your business type appears on that list but you are currently using Keap to send emails, contact support to ask whether an exception can be made.
Can I get a lower processing rate than the standard pricing?
Keap Pay may have pricing flexibility depending on your business volume and circumstances. To discuss your options, contact your Customer Success Manager or email the Payments team at payments@keap.com.
I submitted my onboarding form but my account is not active yet — what should I do?
Keap Pay onboarding can take up to three business days to complete. If your application requires additional verification documents or information, the Payments team will reach out to you at payments@keap.com. Check your email inbox for any communication from the Payments team. If three business days have passed and you have not received any email from the Payments team, contact Keap support.
I received a payment but it is not showing in my Deposit Report — what should I do?
First, confirm that the payment status shows as Succeeded on the payment record. Then check the date of the transaction and compare it against the deposit timing schedule above to determine when the deposit should appear. If the expected deposit date has passed and the payment still shows a Succeeded status without appearing in your Deposit Report, contact support.
I can see a deposit on the dashboard but it has not arrived in my bank account — what should I do?
First, confirm that the deposit status shows as Succeeded on the Deposit Dashboard. If the deposit was initiated less than one business day ago, allow additional time for the deposit to process. If the deposit status shows Succeeded and sufficient time has passed, contact your bank to verify there are no blocks on incoming transfers from Keap Pay. If the deposit is still not showing after checking with your bank, contact support.
How do I update my business information on my Keap Pay account?
If your business ownership, business name, address, or tax identification number has changed, contact the Payments team immediately at payments@keap.com. Note: Depending on the type of information being updated, a new Keap Pay application may be required.
