This article covers how to create a Keap™ ID, how to sign in to a Keap account, and how to reset a forgotten password. A Keap ID is the login credential used to access all Keap accounts. A single Keap ID can be used to access multiple Keap accounts.
Note: To avoid being timed out of the application, close browser tabs as each task is completed rather than leaving multiple tabs open simultaneously.
Create a Keap ID
When invited to a Keap account, an email will arrive containing a link to the Keap ID setup page. Select the link in the email to begin the setup process.

Complete the form to create the Keap ID.

If a Keap ID already exists, it can be used on multiple accounts. Instead of completing the creation form, select the Already Have an ID? link at the bottom of the form.

Sign In to a Keap Account
After setting up a Keap ID, go to the Keap sign-in page and enter the Keap ID credentials to access the account.

Reset a Forgotten Password
To reset a forgotten password, select the Forgot your password? link below the Log In button on the sign-in page.

Yes. A single Keap ID can be used to access multiple Keap accounts. When accepting an invitation to an additional account, select the Already Have an ID? link on the Keap ID setup page instead of creating a new ID.
What triggers the Keap ID setup email?
The Keap ID setup email is sent automatically when a user is invited to a Keap account by an account administrator. The email contains a link to the Keap ID creation form. If the invitation email has not arrived, check the spam or junk folder, or ask the account administrator to resend the invitation.
