Browser Support FAQs
What does "supported" mean?
A supported browser is one that Keap has been designed and tested to work with. If you encounter a bug or issue while using a supported browser, the development team will prioritize investigating and fixing the issue. Using a supported browser gives you the best chance of having problems resolved quickly if they occur.
What happens if I use a browser that is not supported?
Browsers not listed as supported are not tested by the Keap quality engineering team. The application may or may not work correctly in an unsupported browser. If you experience issues while using an unsupported browser, switching to a supported browser is the recommended first step before contacting support.
Which version of my browser should I use?
Always use the most recent stable release version of your supported browser. Modern browsers update automatically to include the latest security standards and features — keeping your browser up to date ensures full compatibility with your Keap account. Beta and developer preview versions of browsers are not fully supported and may cause unexpected behavior.
Why does Keap support different browsers for users and customers?
Keap users log in to the application through a controlled environment where a single optimized browser can be specified. Your customers, however, visit your landing pages, forms, and shopping cart from their own devices using whatever browser they prefer — and you cannot control that. Keap supports a wider range of browsers for customer-facing pages to ensure your customers get a consistent, functional experience regardless of what browser or device they are using when they interact with your business.
