This article covers how to connect Zoom to Keap™ Appointments, set Zoom as the meeting location for appointment types, update existing appointment types to use Zoom, test the integration, and disconnect Zoom. The Zoom integration automatically generates a unique meeting link for each appointment booked.
Prerequisite: A Google or Outlook calendar must be connected to Keap before the Zoom integration can be used. The calendar connection enables Keap to generate unique Zoom links for each appointment.
Note: The Zoom integration is not available for accounts in the EU.
Connect a Zoom Account

Select the avatar and choose Settings.

Select Integrations.

Select Connect on the Zoom integration card.

Sign in to the Zoom account.

After connecting, select Go to Appointments to update existing appointment types or create new ones to use the Zoom integration.

Set Zoom as the Location for a New Appointment Type
Navigate to Appointments.

Select the + button to create a new appointment type.

Set the location to Online.

Select My Zoom meeting link.

Paste the Zoom meeting link from the Zoom account into the text field.

Complete the remaining appointment type setup and save.
Update Existing Appointment Types to Use Zoom
Appointment types that were previously created with a Zoom link entered manually as the meeting location must be updated to use the Keap Zoom integration and generate unique links per appointment.
Confirm the Zoom account is connected to Keap using the steps above.
Navigate to Appointments.
Open the options menu for the appointment type to update.

Select Edit.

Select My Zoom meeting link under the Location section.

Select Save.
Test the Zoom Integration
Book two appointments that use an appointment type with the Zoom integration enabled.
Confirm that each appointment has a different, unique Zoom meeting link.
Select a Zoom link from the appointment details to verify it opens the correct meeting.
Disconnect the Zoom Account From Keap

Remove Keap From the Zoom Marketplace
To remove the Keap app from the Zoom account entirely, use the Zoom Marketplace at marketplace.zoom.us.
Navigate to the Zoom Marketplace.
Sign in to the Zoom account.
Select Manage.
Select the Installed Apps tab on the left side of the page.
Locate the Keap app and select Uninstall.
Select a reason for uninstalling.
Select Uninstall to confirm.
