Reschedule an Appointment
Reschedule From the Keap Calendar

Select the appointment from the Keap calendar, then select Reschedule.

An email composer opens with pre-filled reschedule message text. Edit the message as needed, then select Send.

Client-Initiated Reschedule

The client selects the Reschedule link at the bottom of their confirmation or reminder email.

The client is directed to the appointment booking page to select a new date and time.

After the client selects a new time, the appointment is updated and a reschedule confirmation email is sent to both the client and the Keap user.

Cancel an Appointment
Client-Initiated Cancellation
When a client selects Cancel from their appointment email, they are directed to a confirmation page with options to confirm the cancellation or reschedule the appointment for an alternate time.

Cancel From the Keap Calendar

Select the appointment from the Keap calendar, then select Cancel.

A confirmation prompt appears. Confirm the cancellation to proceed.

After confirmation, the appointment is removed from the Keap calendar and a cancellation email is sent to the client.
