What Is the App Name?
The app name is a unique identifier for a Keap account. Keap support may ask for the app name to verify the account before providing assistance. When asking for help in a forum or community channel, the Keap edition — which appears beneath the app name — may also be requested.
Find the App Name in Keap Pro or Keap Max
Select the avatar in the lower-left corner of the page. The app name appears in the menu that opens. In the example below, the app name is hal100.

Find the App Name in Max Classic
In Max Classic, the app name can be found in two places — in the account menu and in the browser URL.
