What Pipeline List View Does for Your Sales Process
Pipeline List View displays all your deals in a sortable, filterable table so you can review a large number of deals at once and make changes to multiple deals simultaneously. Use List View when you need to update deal stages, values, close dates, or statuses across many deals without opening each one individually.
How to Access Pipeline List View
Navigate to your pipeline. At the top of the pipeline page, click the List tab to switch from Board view to List view.
The tab row at the top of the pipeline page displays the Board and List tabs. Clicking List switches the pipeline to table format.
List View displays all deals in the pipeline as rows in a table. Each row shows the deal title, stage, status, estimated close date, deal value, and assigned owner.
To open an individual deal record, click the deal's name in the list. The deal opens the same way it does in Board view.
How to Sort and Filter Deals in List View
Sorting Columns
Click any sortable column header to sort the deals list by that column. A single click sorts the values in ascending order. A second click on the same column header sorts in descending order. The following columns support sorting:
- Title
- Estimated close date
- Status
- Stage
- Deal value
The column header displays a sort arrow when that column is the active sort. Clicking the header again reverses the sort direction.
Filtering the Deals List
List View uses the same filtering options as Board view. By default, the list shows only deals with a status of Active. You can change or add filters to show different subsets of your deals. The following filters are available:
- Status — filter by Active, Won, Lost, or other status values configured in your pipeline settings
- Owner — filter by the user assigned to the deal
- Date created / Date closed — filter by when the deal was created or closed
- Contact — filter by the contact associated with the deal
- Deal name — search for deals by name
The filter panel displays each available filter as a drop-down selector. Active filters are applied immediately and the deals list updates to show only matching deals.
How to Perform Bulk Actions on Multiple Deals
List View lets you select multiple deals and apply the same change to all of them at once, saving time when you need to update a group of deals.
Check the checkbox on the left side of each deal row you want to modify. To select all deals currently displayed in the list, check the checkbox in the column header row at the top.
Checking the header checkbox selects all deals currently visible in the list based on any active filters. After selecting deals, the bulk action toolbar appears at the bottom of the page.
- With one or more deals selected, use the bulk action toolbar to apply any of the following changes to all selected deals at once:
Move stage — Click Move stage to select a different pipeline stage or a different pipeline to move all selected deals to.
Edit deal value — Click Edit value to set a new deal value for all selected deals simultaneously.
Set estimated close date — Click Set estimated close date to apply a single estimated close date to all selected deals.
Change status — Click Change status to update the deal status on all selected deals at once. The available status options — including the names used for positive and negative outcomes — are configured in your Pipeline settings.
How to Access and Configure Pipeline Settings
Pipeline settings can be accessed from both Board view and List view without leaving the pipeline page.
Click the ... (more menu) button in the top-right corner of the pipeline page to open the Pipeline settings panel.
In the Pipeline settings panel, you can configure the following options:
- Pipeline name — rename the pipeline
- New item position — choose whether new deals added to a stage are placed at the top or bottom of the stage
- Positive outcome name — set the label used for a successfully closed deal (for example, "Won")
- Negative outcome name — set the label used for a lost or closed deal (for example, "Lost")
The Pipeline settings panel displays all configurable options. Changes take effect immediately when you click Done.
- Click Done to close the Pipeline settings panel and return to the pipeline.
