Create a New Pipeline

Navigate to My Day, then select Pipelines.

Select the ellipsis menu and choose Manage pipelines.

Select Add new pipeline.

Select whether to use a template or create a custom pipeline, then select Get started.

Enter a name for the pipeline and customize the stage names and number of stages.

Select Save to create the pipeline.

Delete a Pipeline

From the pipeline view, select the ellipsis menu and choose Delete Pipeline.

Note: Pipelines can only be deleted one at a time. Bulk deletion of multiple pipelines is not supported.

Select whether existing deals in the pipeline should be deleted or moved to another pipeline.

Select Delete pipeline to confirm.

Rename a Pipeline

Select the ellipsis menu and choose Pipeline settings.

Edit the pipeline name in the name field.

Select Done to save the new name.

Pipeline To-Do Indicator
When multiple pipelines are active and a deal in a pipeline has an outstanding task, a dot indicator appears on that pipeline's tab. This makes it easy to identify which pipelines have deals that require attention. Hovering over the dot displays the number of outstanding tasks for that pipeline.

Can multiple pipelines be deleted at the same time?
No. Pipelines must be deleted one at a time. Bulk deletion of multiple pipelines is not supported.
What happens to deals when a pipeline is deleted?
When a pipeline is deleted, a prompt appears asking whether existing deals in the pipeline should be permanently deleted or moved to another pipeline. Select the preferred option before confirming the deletion.
