This article covers how to reschedule or cancel an appointment from the Keap™ Mobile app. To use these features, install Keap Mobile on an iOS or Android device.
Reschedule an Appointment

Navigate to the contact record and tap the appointments card.

Tap Reschedule.

A pre-filled email is created requesting the contact to select a new appointment time. Edit the message as needed.

Optionally, tap the calendar icon at the bottom-left to select a different booking link before sending.

Tap Send to send the reschedule email to the contact.

Note: Appointments are not rescheduled automatically. The contact must select a new time from the booking link in the reschedule email. Once a new time is selected, the original appointment is updated with the new time.
Cancel an Appointment

From the appointment details screen, tap the more button (...).

Tap Cancel appointment.

Tap Confirm to complete the cancellation.

Note: After confirmation, the appointment is cancelled automatically and a cancellation confirmation email is sent to both the Keap user and the contact who booked the original appointment.

Is there a place to view all appointments in the Keap Mobile app?
No. Appointments can only be viewed within a contact record. There is currently no dedicated appointments list view in the Keap Mobile app. Appointments are visible when navigating to a contact record that has a booked or past appointment.
