Edit the URL slug — The slug can be changed independently by selecting Edit URL on the landing page settings screen.

Use an existing website domain — Select Edit URL, then choose Use your existing website domain and follow the steps. A subdomain must be configured before proceeding (for example,
subdomain.domain.com). The landing page URL will then follow the formatdomain.com/landing-page-name. URL propagation may take up to 48 hours after the domain is connected. The screenshot above shows the Edit URL screen with the custom domain option.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does this article cover?
This article covers how to create, publish, share, edit, and report on landing pages in Keap, including URL configuration, domain connection, and conversion rate tracking.
How can a contact who fills out a landing page be followed up with automatically?
Landing pages are available as triggers in both Easy and Advanced Automations to create automatic follow-up after a contact submits a landing page form.
Are there differences between Pro and Max landing pages?
The landing page building experience is the same across editions. Max, Ultimate, and Max Classic accounts can add multiple sub-pages to a landing page. Pro accounts are limited to two pages total, including the thank you page.
Can different landing pages use different subdomains?
No. Only one subdomain can be configured and it is shared across all landing pages in the account.
Will a landing page submission re-opt in a contact who has previously opted out?
No. Landing page submissions cannot re-opt in contacts whose email status is currently opted out. To re-opt in an opted-out contact, a web form must be used instead.
How is the conversion rate calculated?
Conversion rate is calculated as: (Form Submissions ÷ Unique Visitors) × 100. Unique visitors are based on distinct visitorId values. Form submissions are the number of successful form submissions tracked on the landing page.
Conversion rate is not based on the number of contacts tagged. It is visitorId-based, not contactId-based. A single person may appear as multiple unique visitors if they use different devices or browsers, or if browser storage is cleared.
Why does the conversion rate not match the number of tagged contacts?
Conversion rate counts unique visitors, not contacts. The visitor count may include:
The same person visiting from different devices or browsers.
Return visits after clearing browser storage.
Incognito or private browsing sessions.
Visits where the form was not submitted.
Visits from external bots or crawlers.
Visitors who opened the page but did not submit the form.
Visitors who submitted the form but were not tagged due to automation logic.
