Virtual fields let you collect structured responses on your landing page forms — like dropdowns, checkboxes, and radio buttons — and automatically tag contacts or trigger automations based on what each person selects. Instead of manually sorting through form submissions, you can instantly segment your audience and put the right follow-up in motion.
For example, if you ask contacts how often they want to hear from your business, you can apply a different tag to each answer — Weekly, Monthly, or Never — and let your automation builder send the right message to the right person automatically.
