Why Adding Tasks to a Contact Record Keeps Follow-Up on Track
When a conversation with a client requires a follow-up action — such as a callback, a document to send, or a proposal to prepare — adding a task directly to the contact record keeps that action connected to the right client. Tasks added to a contact record appear in the task list on the Keap home page dashboard so nothing gets missed. Viewing and completing tasks from the contact record means follow-up can be recorded and tracked without leaving the client's record.
