Why Send Pictures Through the Keap Business Line
Sending pictures through the Keap Business Line keeps visual communication connected to contact records alongside other conversation history. Common use cases include sending photos of completed work, receipts, invoices, and other reference documents directly to a contact.
Send a Picture Message

Tap the camera icon or the image icon in the message composer.

Grant access to the device camera or photo library when prompted.

Take a new photo or select an existing image from the photo library.

Tap the blue arrow to send the picture message.

Note: Only one picture can be sent per message. To send multiple pictures, send each as a separate message. Text content cannot be included in the same message as a picture and must also be sent as a separate message.
Send an Appointment Booking Link
If Keap Appointments is set up with at least one booking link, appointment links can be sent through the Keap Business Line directly from the message composer.

Tap the calendar icon in the message composer.

Select the booking link to send.

Tap Send to send the booking link.
