Why Setting the Correct Appointment Time Zone Matters
The time zone set on a Keap user's calendar integration determines how appointment times are displayed and scheduled for that user. If the time zone is incorrect, appointments may appear at the wrong time for the user or for customers booking appointments. The time zone setting is configured per user — each Keap user can set their own appointment time zone independently from other users in the account. Changing the time zone applies to all appointment types for that user.
How to Change the Appointment Time Zone in Keap

Select the user avatar in the top navigation of the Keap account, then select Settings.

Select Integrations in the settings navigation.

Select the overflow menu icon (the three-dot menu) on the connected calendar whose time zone will be updated.

Select Change Timezone from the dropdown menu.

Search for the desired time zone by name or select it from the time zone list.

Select Save to apply the time zone change. The updated time zone applies to all appointment types for the current user.

Yes. Changing the time zone from the Integrations settings applies the new time zone to all appointment types for the user making the change. There is no option to set different time zones for individual appointment types — the time zone setting applies across all appointment types for that user.
