Need to switch calendars or remove a Google Calendar connection from your account? You can disconnect your Google Calendar from your CRM at any time through the Integrations settings. Before you disconnect, note that your clients will not be able to book new appointments through your booking page until you connect a new calendar. This article walks you through the disconnection steps and explains what to do next.
When and Why You Would Disconnect Your Google Calendar
Your CRM syncs with Google Calendar to manage appointment availability and prevent double-booking. There are several situations where you may need to disconnect your current Google Calendar connection — for example, if you are switching to a different Google account, replacing your calendar integration with a different provider, or troubleshooting a sync issue that requires you to reset the connection.
Disconnecting your Google Calendar does not delete your existing appointments or contact records. However, your booking page will stop accepting new appointments from clients until you connect a replacement calendar. If you are disconnecting in order to reconnect immediately, plan to complete the reconnection in the same session to minimize disruption to your booking availability. To learn how to connect a new calendar after disconnecting, see How to Connect Your Google Calendar to Your CRM.
