Clients who need more than one service should not have to make multiple bookings, send multiple payments, or receive multiple confirmation emails. Multi-Service Appointments in Thryv Business Center lets you combine up to five services into a single booking, so your client receives one confirmation email, one payment request, and one checkout screen to pay for all services at once. You can schedule a multi-service appointment directly from your calendar, or enable clients to select multiple services on your online booking page by activating the multi-service setting under Booking Options in Settings. When clients book online, only compatible services appear together based on matching location, staff member, and availability, so conflicting bookings are prevented automatically. Multi-Service Appointments also applies the most restrictive booking rule across all selected services, ensuring your payment, intake form, and terms and conditions settings are honored for every booking.
