Upload a File to a Contact Record
Navigate to the contact record.
Select More.

Select Upload a file.

Select the file to upload from the device.
Access and Download Files
Select the File card in the contact's activity feed.

Locate the file — using the search field if needed — then select the download icon to download the file, or open the menu to rename or remove it.

Rename or Remove a File
Navigate to the contact's files using the File card in the activity feed.
Select the three-dot menu next to the file to rename or remove.

Select Rename or Remove.

Enter the new file name if renaming, or confirm the removal when prompted.

The following file types are supported for upload to a Keap contact record. Files must be under 10 MB in size.
