This article covers how to manage deals in the Keap™ Pipeline, including how to edit deal details, delete a deal, move a deal between pipeline stages, and close a deal as Won or Lost. This article does not cover how to create deals or configure pipeline stages. For help with pipeline setup, see how to set up and manage your pipeline in Keap.
How to Edit Deal Details in the Keap Pipeline
Select any deal card in the Pipeline to open the deal details panel. From the deal details panel the following actions are available: add notes, send emails, manage contacts associated with the deal, and manage team members attached to the deal.
The screenshot above shows the Keap Pipeline deal details panel. Selecting a deal card opens this panel where deal information and associated contacts and team members can be reviewed and updated.
How to Delete a Deal in the Keap Pipeline
Select the trash can icon on the deal card to delete the deal. Deleting a deal permanently removes the deal record from the Pipeline.

How to Move a Deal Between Pipeline Stages
Select a deal card and drag it to a different pipeline stage column to move the deal. The deal card can be dragged to any stage in the pipeline, including Won and Lost stages to close the deal.
The screenshot above shows the Keap Pipeline with a deal card being dragged between stage columns. Release the deal card over the destination stage column to move the deal to that stage.
How to Close a Deal as Won or Lost
Deals can be closed using two methods — from the Pipeline view by dragging the deal card to a Won or Lost stage, or from within the deal record by updating the Status dropdown.
From the Pipeline view: Select the deal card and drag it into the Won or Lost stage column.
The screenshot above shows the Keap Pipeline with a deal card being dragged into the Won stage column. Dragging a deal card into the Won or Lost stage closes the deal with that outcome.
From the deal record: Select the deal card to open the deal details panel, then select the desired outcome from the Status dropdown.
The screenshot above shows the Status dropdown in the Keap deal details panel. Selecting Won or Lost from the Status dropdown closes the deal with that outcome without needing to drag the card in the Pipeline view.
