This article covers how to update the My Profile settings in Keap™, including uploading a profile image, managing the email signature, and changing the login email or password. My Profile settings can be accessed two ways:
Select the avatar in the lower-left corner of the page, then select Account details.
Select the avatar, choose Settings, then select My Profile.

Upload a Profile Image
The profile image appears in the Keap app and is used to personalize the email signature.
Select the profile image placeholder on the My Profile page.

Select Upload image.

Select an image from the device to upload.
Email Signature
The email signature is generated automatically from the values entered in the My Profile section. Updating the name, title, phone number, or other profile fields will update the email signature accordingly.

Change Login Email or Password
Note: If the first or last name is changed, it may take up to one hour for the update to reflect throughout the Keap account.
Select Edit my Login ID at the bottom of the My Profile page. A sign-in prompt may appear before proceeding.

Under the Profile section, update the email address, first name, or last name as needed.
