My Day in Keap Ultimate now includes the full Appointments and Tasks experience previously available on Pro and Max plans. The updated My Day page gives Ultimate users a dedicated Tasks view, calendar-connected Appointments, booking links, and appointment-based automations — all from one place. The previous My Day page is still accessible under Legacy Features in the My Day navigation if you need it during the transition.
This article covers what changed in the My Day update for Ultimate, how Tasks and Appointments now work, where to find Legacy Features, and what integration is required. For full setup instructions for each Appointments feature, see the linked articles in the Appointments in My Day section below.
Tasks in My Day
Tasks now have a dedicated Tasks view in My Day, replacing the previous combined view. The Tasks view includes the following capabilities:
- Dedicated Tasks view — tasks are displayed in their own tab separate from appointments and other activity.
- Filter by assigned user — narrow the task list to show only tasks assigned to a specific user.
- Toggle completed tasks — show or hide completed tasks to keep your active task list focused.
- Add tasks quickly — create new tasks directly from the Tasks view without navigating away from My Day.
Appointments in My Day
The full Appointments feature is now available in Keap Ultimate. Appointments includes calendar sync, client-facing booking links, and automation triggers based on appointment events. Clicking the + button to add an appointment in My Day now opens the new Appointments interface instead of the previous appointment entry screen.
The Appointments feature requires synchronization with a Google or Outlook calendar account before appointments can be created or booked. Zoom integration is optional and can be connected to include video meeting links in appointment invites.
The following Appointments capabilities are now available in Ultimate:
- Google and Outlook calendar sync — appointments created in Keap sync to your connected calendar and vice versa.
- Booking links — share a booking link with clients so they can schedule appointments directly on your calendar without back-and-forth communication.
- Appointment automations — trigger automations based on appointment scheduling, cancellations, and other appointment events.

Legacy Features
Legacy features are previous versions of Keap functionality that have been replaced by updated tools. The previous My Day experience is accessible under Legacy Features while the transition is in progress. To access Legacy Features, click Legacy Features in the My Day sub-navigation. From Legacy Features you can access:
- The classic My Day page
- Opportunities
- Legacy forms
Integration Requirements
The Appointments feature in My Day requires a connected calendar before appointments can be created or managed. The following integrations are available:
- Google Calendar — required for appointment sync if you use Google Workspace. See how to connect your Google Calendar to Appointments.
- Outlook Calendar — required for appointment sync if you use Microsoft 365 or Outlook. See how to connect your Outlook Calendar to Appointments.
- Zoom — optional. Connecting Zoom adds a video meeting link to appointment invites automatically. See how to connect Zoom to Appointments.
Known Gaps
The following limitations are present in the current version of the updated My Day experience. These gaps are expected to be resolved in future updates.
- Appointments do not yet appear on contact records. Appointments created using the new Appointments feature in My Day are not currently visible when viewing a contact record. Only appointments created using the previous classic Appointments tool will display on contact records at this time. Appointments can be viewed from the calendar on the My Day page while the contact record update is pending.
