Get a “bird’s eye” view of your upcoming events with the Event List View and see your group events in a list rather than on one calendar. Using the list view, you can apply various filters to create insightful summaries and reports.
To switch to list view, select the Calendar tab > Event List.
You will find the filter and sort options on the left-hand side and your events will be listed on the right. If you click on the blue text showing the amount of clients registered, you will see a panel on the right showing the registered clients, waitlist, and buttons to register clients or send a message to all who are registered. You can also use the search bar to search for events by event name.
To add a client to the event, click on Register Client. From there, you can select one or multiple clients and add them to the event.
To send a message or document to all registered clients, click on Send To All>Message or Document. Then, select the clients you wish to send to (all will be selected by default). You can then type your message. Note: There will be a default message in the field with information about your event. You can choose to delete this message if desired. Finally, click on Send.
By default, the Event List view will list upcoming appointments for the next 30 days - you can clear these filters and apply your own. To filter your group events, use the filters in the left-hand pane. If you do not see the Filter and Sort pane, it may be collapsed.
You can filter by event status, staff members, or event date.
You can sort evetnts by Date. Click on the (asc) or (desc) order indicator to toggle between ascending and descending order.
