Integrating your custom forms between Business Center & Typeform just got easier with this integration! Business Center works with Typeform to provide a simple way to add leads and contacts to your Business Center with Typeform! You can create custom interactive forms to collect user information and automatically send the data to the client card field you choose within your Business Center account!

For this integration, you will need to sign in or create a Typeform account. The app integration with Business Center is free, and you can choose from multiple packages available from Typeform. Typeform has free and paid packages so please visit the Typeform website to see what option best fits your needs. 

*Note if you need HIPAA Compliant forms, Typeform does not have any package options available as of August 2020. Thryv's HIPAA Compliance does not extend to other 3rd party software programs. 

*Note that a Business Center account is required to use Typeform with Thryv

What to Expect from this Integration

When the configured Typeform is completed and submitted by a client, the form details will inject into the Thryv inbox and the mapped client fields will update on that client's contact in Business Center. 

Before Install

1. Create the Typeform form that you'd like to integrate with Thryv
2. Create the client fields in Thryv that you would like to map to the client card

Create your Typeform form

You can decide what fields from the form you'd like to have injected into Thryv

Update the client card fields in Thryv with the field you want to pull from Typeform.

• First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone will be available by default.

Select an example contact in Thryv. The example client will be used to map the client information fields from Thryv to Typeform. You can use your own contact in Thryv as an example or build a new test contact. Typeform will use this contact to map their form fields to the fields available in that Thryv contact. 

Fill out the new fields. You can put 'Test' in the fields if you'd like. 

*Note: 

To successfully map fields, Typeform fields must also be added to Thryv client card AND the example contact in Thryv must have content in these fields. 

If the fields are not added to the client card and/or not filled out on the example client, the field(s) will not be available to map. 

Installation

From App Market, Choose Typeform:

Select launch app. 

Next, you will be brought to the permissions screen, where you will be asked to give permissions to connect Thryv and Typeform:

You will need to check the box to agree to the terms and conditions, then select Connect to Typeform. This will lead you to the login screen for Typeform and Accept access to the following: 

 Once logged in you will need to select which Typeforms you'd like to connect to Thryv. 

 Enter the example contact email in the Client Email field. Select Submit Email. 

That email will move to the current selected client field. Now you can Select Configure.

Drag the Typeform fields from the right to the Thryv fields on the left that it corresponds with:

Once all the fields are connected, you are ready to go! Thryv and that form are connected and any new form submission will show as a conversation in Thryv. 

After Install 

You can add more forms to the integration or edit the mapping of the fields on current forms at any time. Just return back to the App Market, select Typeform, then launch this app. It will ask you to confirm your Typeform credentials and then you'll be able to edit your forms' mapping. 

• You can add additional forms. 
• You can add and map additional fields to an existing form. 
• You can remove forms by selecting the trash can icon next to that form. 

Uninstall 

If you decide that you are no longer interested in this integration, you can uninstall it at any time. 

Just return back to the App Market, select Typeform, then launch this app. It will ask you to confirm your Typeform credentials and then select Unsubscribe.
