Note: This article applies to Classic Thryv Business Center users who purchased Thryv prior to August 1st, 2023. For any users who purchased after this date, your account is managed in the Settings page in Thryv Command Center.
To manage your account with Thryv, including your invoices from Thryv and your billing information, navigate to App Market>My Account.
With the My Account app you can now:
- View and upgrade your Thryv package
- Add additional staff members ($10 per staff member/ monthly)
- View your Thryv add-ons
- i.e. Website, Social, Video, SEO, and etc.
- View past invoices
- Update your billing information
- View your usage
Download the My Account App today to manage your Thryv package, billing information & monitor current usage.
FYI's for this application:
- Make sure that your browser settings allow notifications
- This application does not work if you are using an incognito window.
