This article covers how to access and use the My Account app in Classic Thryv Business Center, including how to view your Thryv package, update billing information, add staff members, view past invoices, and monitor your usage. This article does not cover add-on configuration, staff permission settings, or payment processing setup.
Why managing your account settings keeps your business running smoothly
The My Account app in Classic Thryv Business Center gives you a single place to stay on top of your subscription, billing, and team size without needing to contact support for routine changes. Keeping your billing information current prevents service interruptions, and reviewing your usage helps you make informed decisions about whether your current package still fits your business needs. If your team has grown, you can add staff members directly from My Account without waiting on an account manager.
How to access the My Account app
To open the My Account app, log in to Classic Thryv Business Center. In the left-hand navigation, click App Market. Inside the App Market, locate and click My Account to open your account management dashboard.
What you can do in the My Account app
The My Account app gives Classic Thryv Business Center users access to the following account management tools from a single dashboard:
- View your current Thryv package and explore upgrade options
- Add additional staff members to your account at $10 per staff member per month
- View the add-ons currently active on your account, including Website, Social, Video, and SEO add-ons
- View and download past invoices from Thryv
- Update the billing information on file for your account
- Monitor your current usage across your active Thryv package and add-ons
Requirements and Limitations for the My Account App
Browser notification settings must be enabled
The My Account app requires your browser to allow notifications. If notifications are blocked in your browser settings, some features inside the My Account app may not function correctly. To enable notifications, open your browser settings, navigate to the notifications or permissions section, and make sure notifications are set to allowed for Thryv Business Center.
The My Account app does not work in incognito or private browsing mode
The My Account app is not supported when your browser is running in incognito mode or private browsing mode. If you are using an incognito window and the My Account app is not loading or functioning correctly, close the incognito window and open Classic Thryv Business Center in a standard browser window instead.
