Quick Actions give you easy access to the most popular actions within Thryv Business Center™. The Quick Actions menu is located on the top left navigation menu above the Dashboard. This menu links to activities with one click wherever you are in Thryv Business Center, allowing you to create a new client contact, send an invoice, make a payment & many other features.

Here, you'll be able to explore new features you may not have known about before as well as reduce the time it takes to perform these actions within Thryv Business Cener. You'll also have easy access to a standardized set of actions - no matter where they are in the system!

Quick Actions Menu in your Conversations

The Quick Actions button will also display and be available in conversations in your Thryv® Command Center inbox. The Quick Actions tab will be located in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, as a + button next to the Send button. This feature will allow you to have easy access to nine actions to help you engage with your clients/customers. All actions will be client-specific based on the client card for the conversation you are viewing.
